Common questions
How does club pricing work?
$99/mo gets your club on the platform with one pro included. Each additional pro is $49/mo. Every club gets the same features — no locked extras.
How does pro pricing work?
Pros pay 2% of each lesson as a platform fee, capped at $49 per calendar month. Once you hit $49 in fees, you pay nothing more that month. The cap resets on the 1st.
What's the single-pro subsidy?
If your club only has one pro, that pro's 2% lesson fee (up to $49/mo) is automatically credited back to your Sendable subscription. In practice your club pays $99 minus whatever the pro has earned off — as little as $50/mo once the pro is busy.
What about founding clubs?
Our earliest clubs get their pricing locked in — even if we raise prices later, you keep what you signed up for.
How do revenue splits work?
You set the split between club and pro (e.g. 80/20). After Stripe fees and the pro's 2% platform fee, the remainder is split per your agreed percentages. The pro's fee comes out of the pro's share only — the club's cut is untouched.
Do pros need their own bank account set up?
Club-affiliated pros get paid by their club internally. Independent pros connect a Stripe account for direct payouts — takes about 5 minutes.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Cancel your club subscription anytime. Pros can leave anytime.
