Sendable Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("Sendable", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through the Sendable platform ("Platform").
1. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and role (golfer, instructor, or club admin) provided during registration.
Profile information: Bio, speciality, photo, and other profile details you choose to provide.
Booking data: Lesson dates, times, instructor selections, service details, and notes.
Payment information: Payment amounts and transaction records. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
Swing videos: Videos uploaded for swing review services.
Usage data: Browser type, device information, and pages visited for improving the Platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Platform
- Process bookings and payments
- Send booking confirmations and reminders
- Enable communication between golfers and instructors
- Calculate and process revenue splits
- Improve and develop Platform features
- Prevent fraud and ensure Platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Between users: Golfer names and booking details are shared with instructors and clubs. Instructor profiles are publicly visible.
Payment processing: Payment data is shared with Stripe for transaction processing.
Service providers: We may use third-party services for email delivery, hosting, and analytics. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers in Australia (via Supabase) and the United States (via Stripe and Vercel). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner

6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, financial, or dispute resolution purposes.
Booking and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Australian tax and financial regulations.
7. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected anonymously.
8. Children's privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by children under 18 without parental consent. Junior lesson bookings should be made by a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
